We understand that emergencies happen, so we ask that you please notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Clients will be subject to pay 50% of the total service amount for cancellations within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointments. Clients who do not show up to their appointment without any notice may be subject to pay 100% of the total service charge for the scheduled appointment.
